This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with the IBT Aura website, the Aura Clarus apps and our connected services. It forms part of our Terms and Conditions, and applies to everyone who uses them.
1. Permitted Use
You may use our website and services for your own lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes: reading our content, managing your account, using your device, and communicating with us. That is what they are for.
2. Prohibited Use
You must not:
- Use the services for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, network or data.
- Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems except as permitted by our Security and Responsible Disclosure Policy.
- Introduce malware, or anything designed to disrupt, damage or degrade our services.
- Interfere with another person's use of the services, or attempt to access another person's health data.
- Scrape, harvest or systematically extract content or data, or use automated means to place load on our systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our software or firmware, except to the extent the law expressly permits.
- Resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the services without our written consent.
- Impersonate IBT Aura, our staff, or any other person.
- Upload or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
3. Health and Safety Misuse
You must not present Aura Clarus data as a clinical measurement, use it to make medical decisions for yourself or anyone else, or represent to others that the product diagnoses, treats or prevents any condition. Aura Clarus is a general wellness product, as our Disclaimer explains.
4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@adarna.us if you believe someone else has accessed it.
5. Content You Submit
You retain ownership of the content you submit to us. You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the service for you — to store, process and display it back to you. We do not claim ownership of your health data and we do not sell it.
6. Enforcement
Where this Policy is breached we may, proportionately to the seriousness of the breach, issue a warning, suspend or terminate access, remove content, or report the matter to the authorities where the law requires it. Where it is fair to do so, we will tell you what happened and why.
7. Reporting Misuse
Report misuse of our services to contact@adarna.us, or raise it formally through our Grievance Redressal Policy. Suspected security vulnerabilities should go through our Security and Responsible Disclosure Policy.
